As Schools Struggle With Covid, DeVos Pushes Her Agenda

FEATURING JEFF BRYANT – As states struggle financially to make ends meet during the coronavirus crisis, school districts are among the hardest hit as the costs of distance learning have skyrocketed. Rather than increase federal funding for public schools, the Trump administration, under the leadership of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos is applying the “shock doctrine,” in pushing a long-standing agenda of privatization and defunding in a moment of crisis.
