FEATURING BAYLEN LINNEKIN – In recent years the politics of food have become a big issue. From what we put inside our bodies to how our agriculture and waste policies impact big issues like climate change, food is one issue that affects us all.

In a new book food lawyer and scholar Baylen Linnekin explores some of the misguided ways in which our government works against sustainability and how modest tweaks in the right direction would make a big difference.
