FEATURING RON FEIN - A legal victory in New Mexico, disqualifying a county commissioner from running for office because of his participation in the January 6th 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol, may have repercussions for Donald Trump. Under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, a federal judge ruled that Otero County Commissioner Couy Griffin, who is the founder of the group Cowboys for Trump, is no longer allowed to run for office. Could this ruling bar Trump from running for president in 2024?
