How Trump’s 2016 Campaign Targeted Black Voters

FEATURING KRISHNAN GURU-MURTHY – The UK-based media outlet Channel 4 News has just published bombshell reports about the 2016 Trump campaign’s microtargeting of voters. Having obtained a copy of the massive database of U.S. voters the journalists determined that the campaign had disproportionately marked Black voters for “deterrence,” which means they would be targeted with ads trying to convince them to stay home. A total of 3.5 million Black voters were in the database.
