FEATURING ASH-LEE WOODARD HENDERSON - A new report by the Movement for Black Lives together with its partner legal organization the Creating Law Enforcement Accountability & Responsibility Clinic at SUNY, finds that the federal government targeted activists involved in the summer 2020 national uprising. According to the report, which is called Struggle for Power, “the federal government deliberately targeted supporters of the movement to defend Black lives during the summer of 2020 uprisings in order to disrupt and discourage Black organizing.”
