Pruitt Confirmation to Head EPA Spells Disaster for Climate

Pruitt, who was Oklahoma’s State Attorney General, is considered one of the “leading advocates against the EPA,” with multiple lawsuits against the agency he will now lead. Mr. Pruitt also has numerous ties to the fossil fuel industry that ought to raise serious questions about conflicts of interest.
