Trump’s Phone Call and the Georgia Senate Races

Two critically important Senate runoff races on Tuesday could determine which party holds power in the Senate. And, a traditionally red state that has only recently begun to sway toward Democrats has become a target of intense pressure by the Trump campaign and its allies to engineer a win there for the President. The recent phone call between Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger showing the President using the coercive tactics of a mafia mobster has only heightened tensions.
