Why is Bernie Sanders Courting Native American Voters?

FEATURING SHANNON SPEED – When election analysts explore voter demographics, it is usually in terms of “the black vote,” “the Latino vote,” “white swing voters,” “the women’s vote,” etc. Rarely do we ever hear about the voting patterns or issues of this nation’s original inhabitants and rightful owners – native Americans.

But over the past several months, Democratic Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has disrupted the trend and ardently wooed native voters like almost no one else in recent presidential electoral history.
