FEATURING ROBIN YASSIN-KASSAB – President Donald Trump on Friday announced airstrikes against Syrian government targets in retaliation for a recent chemical attack against civilians in Douma. A US military general, Joseph Dunford, explained exactly what the US and its European allies hit.
Meanwhile inspectors with the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons arrived in Syria on Saturday after being assured by the Syrian government that they would be allowed to inspect the sites of the chemical attack in Douma but by Monday morning they were apparently not being given access.
