Bailing Out Black Mothers in Time for Mother’s Day
FEATURING GINA CLAYTON-JOHNSON - Every year, groups organize with the National Bail Out campaign help to ensure that as many jailed Black mothers get to spend Mother’s Day with their families as possible. The Essie Justice group, a founding member of National Bail Out, has led the campaign Black Mama’s Bail Out in California.
