Can the 14th Amendment Keep Trump off the Ballot?

The Republican voter base is equally determined to support him. But, legal scholars contend that because he led an insurrection against the United States, he is disqualified from holding office under section 3 of the 14th amendment. To that end, Free Speech for People is leading a campaign in multiple states to disqualify Trump from the ballot.
