Chaos and Confusion Continue at the White House

FEATURING DOUG HENWOOD – Donald Trump’s Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders admitted this week that the President had not actually received a phone call from a Boy Scouts leader praising his recent speech as was initially stated. And that Trump also didn’t get a phone call from Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto about a reduction in immigration as he had claimed.

The controversy is the latest in a chaotic 2 week period at the White House that included the stepping down of former Press secretary Sean Spicer over the hiring of Wall Street financier Anthony Scaramucci at the White House.

But Scaramucci then gave the New Yorker an interview filled with profanity and aimed at chief of staff Reince Priebus and advisor Steve Bannon. Preibus resigned on July 27 and Scaramucci was promptly fired 10 days after being brought on, by new White House chief of staff, former head of Homeland Security, General John Kelly.
