FEATURING COLLIN REES – As the annual UN Climate conference in Madrid, Spain ends, climate justice activists denounced the conclusion of the 2-week long meeting as weak. In what has now become a dreaded predictable outcome of the COP or Conference of Parties meetings, country representatives walked away without making significant concessions on curbing their fossil fuel emissions or paying for adaptation.
