The Black Liberation elder was denied parole 10 times previously in spite of clearly not posing any sort of threat to the public. But, now, the 72-year-old step father of hip hop legend Tupac Shakur is suffering from Stage 4 bone marrow cancer with a grim prognosis. Activists involved in helping to secure his freedom are preparing to bring him to Los Angeles for medical treatment.
