FEATURING DR. IFE JIE - After more than 3 and a half decades in prison, Dr. Mutulu Shakur has been granted freedom by the U.S. Parole Board. The Black Liberation elder was denied parole 10 times previously in spite of clearly not posing any sort of threat to the public. But, now, the 72-year-old step father of hip hop legend Tupac Shakur is suffering from Stage 4 bone marrow cancer with a grim prognosis. Activists involved in helping to secure his freedom are preparing to bring him to Los Angeles for medical treatment.
