From Ashes of Bernie Campaign Rises ‘Brand New Congress’

FEATURING ALEXANDRA ROJAS – When it became clear earlier this year that the wildly popular presidential candidate Bernie Sanders would be wrapping up his campaign, many wondered just what would become of his so-called “political revolution”?

With a large number of highly dedicated and hardworking millennials having poured months of work into the Sanders’ candidacy, it was only natural that am ambitious effort might emerge.

Brand New Congress is the name of one such effort. With the idea that political power really lies with Congress and with a goal of backing hundreds of candidates for the 2018 Congressional elections, Brand New Congress has already begun laying the groundwork.
