FEATURING LISA BLOOM – Billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, a friend of President Trump and former President Clinton, was arrested on Sunday on charges of trafficking underage girls in the states of Florida and New York, between 2002 and 2005 and paying underage girls as young as 14 hundreds of dollars in cash to have sex with him. He is also accused of paying some of his victims to recruit other underage girls. Epstein pleaded not guilty in a court appearance on Tuesday.

Trump in 2002 said in an interview, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy…He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side.”

Sarah Ransome, one of Epstein’s accusers said, “The news of my abuser’s arrest .. is a step in the right direction to finally hold Epstein accountable for his crimes and restore my faith that power and money can’t triumph over justice.”

Meanwhile Labor Secretary Alex Acosta is defending his handling of a case in 2008 where he agreed to a sweetheart deal with Epstein over similar charges when Acosta was a US Attorney in Florida.
