New Study Confirms American Dream Has Faded

FEATURING ROBERT MANDUCA – A new study published in the journal Science examines the financial prospects of Americans and how they have dropped depressingly low. The study is titled, “The fading American dream: Trends in absolute income mobility since 1940.” It confirms what most Americans have seen happening in their own lives – that measures of “upward mobility,” or how much more your children earn than you – have dramatically dropped.
