Report Shows Solution to Homelessness is Housing, Not Handcuffs

FEATURING MARIA FOSCARINIS – The White House is reportedly preparing a plan to address homelessness in cities like Los Angeles that could ominously include a greater role for policing and also the repurposing of large unused federal facilities to house people living on the streets.

But a new report by the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty highlights the growing problem of unhoused people across the country and suggests that “Housing, Not Handcuffs” is the obvious solution.
