Survey: Progressive Policies Can Help Democrats Win

FEATURING JON GREEN – A recent poll by the newly formed think-tank Data for Progress has found that contrary to establishment Democratic claims, strong progressive policies are a path to electoral victory. The data was published in a report called The Future of the Party and outlines in detail what policies most people who identify as Democrats actually support.

Data for Progress describes itself as providing “research, polling on left issues and analysis to support activists and advocacy groups, challenging conventional wisdoms about the American public that lack empirical support.”
