The Omicron variants of the virus have proved to be particularly contagious even if less lethal.
In spite of this, life appears to have resumed in the U.S. with people traveling, working, and readying for the start of school.
Is the COVID-19 pandemic over? Will there be a universal vaccine developed, or seasonal vaccines like the flu-vaccine? What about the new looming health emergency known as the Monkeypox virus?
