There has long been a housing crisis in American cities–well before COVID-19 struck. Now, 3 years into the pandemic, there is an on-going crisis in housing. But, in cities like Los Angeles and Baltimore, residents are organizing and resisting. Even more importantly, they’re envisioning and implementing innovative solutions based in housing justice.
