Both the Build Back Better proposal and a major voting rights overhaul have suffered from political gridlock that two Democrats in particular are helping to fuel. Senators Krysten Sinema of Arizona and Joe Manchin of West Virginia in particular, appear determined to help Republicans and conservatives stymie Democratic-led progress. My guest, Reverend Paul Dunn from First Baptist Church in Charleston, West Virginia, has recently withdrawn his support of Senator Manchin.
