Government-subsidized institutions of learning in particular, were meant to deliver world class education to all Americans, regardless of income, and affirming the idea of a meritocracy. But increasingly, even state universities and colleges are becoming inaccessible to low-income students with ever-increasing fees and tuition. Now, a new ‘Study called why-big-public-colleges-are-increasingly-dominated-by-wealthy-students.’
