FEATURING CRAIG AARON – Louisiana’s Republican Senator John Kennedy has just introduced a bill to address Net Neutrality concerns. The bill, which is a companion to a similar one introduced in the House by Representative Marsha Blackburn, is being cast as a response to the massive public outcry to the overturning of Net Neutrality rules by FCC chair Ajit Pai.
But advocates of Internet freedom have denounced Kennedy’s bill as “disastrous.” Instead what they want is for Congress to use its power under the Congressional Review Act to overturn the FCC’s decision.
