Will Trump Start Repopulating Guantanamo?

Now, as Donald Trump continues Bush and Obama’s legacy of unending war in the Arab and Muslim world, the question arises, what will Trump’s policy on Guantanamo be especially given that he has shown even less respect for human rights and the US constitution than his predecessors?
