FEATURING RAHUL MAHAJAN – Donald Trump is not the only international leader to fire off angry tweets when the mood strikes him. Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has been issuing angry messages aimed at the US and Trump on his Twitter feed and website calling Trump “unstable,” and “psychotic,” among other things.
The fiery rhetoric comes days after Iran’s latest round of mass protests and ahead of a deadline for Trump to decide on whether or not to fulfill one of his major foreign policy campaign promises to undo his predecessor’s nuclear deal with Iran.
According to the Associated Press Trump has privately decided to extend economic sanctions, which are part of the nuclear deal.
